A little space to make sweeping gestures without breaking the decoration!

A small cushion for the end of the episode

Warm-up on tiptoes with arms outstretched

Squats to open the airlock door

Jumping jacks to warm up on Pluto

Immobility test with a book on your head

Climbing an icy mountain in pump position

Mountain descent on a pedal sled

Shadow boxing to warm up the shoulders

Final relaxation with breathing and stretching exercises
