Working from home offers a lot of freedom, but it also comes with real challenges:

-finding quiet time

-knowing when to stop

-balancing work and family life

-dealing with perfectionism

-learning how to truly disconnect.

Depuis 5 ans, je travaille depuis chez moi, et depuis 2 ans, je vous accompagne chaque semaine avec ce podcast… tout en étant papa d’une petite fille de 5 ans.

Travailler à la maison, c’est une grande liberté, mais aussi un vrai défi :

-trouver le calme,

-réussir à s’arrêter

-équilibrer le travail et la vie de famille

-lutter contre le perfectionnisme

-apprendre à vraiment se déconnecter.
