For this very first episode of Season 3, I welcome Moris Hadjibay, co-owner of BAYCO Fine Jewerly. Behind this house of rare stones and unique creations lies something deeper: a father-and-son relationship, and the quiet weight of transmission.

Moris grew up in the world of gemstones, alongside a father who introduced him early to a demanding craft shaped by instinct, travel, and experience. From a young age, he learned by observing, by moving between mines, traders, and workshops, gradually building his own understanding of rarity and value.
